By accessing PredictionX (predictionmarkettrader.app, the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is. The Service is a research and analytics platform for prediction markets. It publishes automated strategy signals, simulated performance, and market data. It does not execute trades for you, custody funds, or provide individualized advice.

2. Accounts. Sign-in is via Google OAuth on an allowlist. You are responsible for activity under your account. API credentials you store in Settings are used only to act on your behalf at the venue you connect; keep your venue credentials secure and revoke them at the venue if you suspect compromise.

3. Acceptable use. No scraping at rates that degrade the Service, no reselling or redistributing feed content, no attempts to access other users' data or operator-only controls. API tokens are personal and non-transferable.

4. No warranty. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Signals, data, and analytics may be wrong, delayed, or unavailable. See the disclaimer for performance disclosures.

5. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Privacy. The Service stores your email and name from Google sign-in, any venue credentials you choose to save (used solely to operate your connected account), and normal operational logs. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties.

7. Changes. These terms may change as the Service evolves; continued use after changes is acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
